1. Get your Unlock Code for your modem( Modem Unlock Code)
2. Once you have succesfully gotten your unlock code, Open the Huawei Modem Code Writer
3. Click Select on Please Select Com Port as shown below( Your Modem Should be plugged to your PC)
4. Click On Detect and it detects your Modem
5. Once it detects your modem Click on Accept
6. Click On Unlock Modem
7. Enter Modem Code Window will prompt out and enter the Unlock code and click Ok
8. You will get a prompt code that you have unlocked your modem.
You have successfully unlocked your Huawei E303 or E3131 succesfully.
