New Working Etisalat Smart Pack/Magic Ips

Etisalat Free browsing and downloading still working and one advantage of it over social pack is that you can bypass speed throttling with the Magic Ips. I am adding  new working ips for both smart pack users and magic ips users to our proxy page. They are working perfectly and I am sure they haven't been used yet.I noticed the previous ones are either slow or disconnect easily due to the numerous number of users.
