1. Launch your Psiphon handler (100 handler and above versions preferable)
2. In the Psiphon handler Settings
>Go to Proxy Type: Select Real Host or Dual Real Host
>Proxy Server: input http://172.16.5.226@
>Real Proxy Type: Select DEFAULT or INJECT
>Real Proxy Port: 80 and click save
3. Select Best Performance or USA as Server Region
4. In more options and tick Connect Through an HTTP proxy and also Tick Use The Following Settings, then input the following
HOST ADDRESS: 10.199.212.2
PORT– 8080
Save it and on your mobile data to start enjoying free browsing

Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 8080
Save it as your default apn settings
Simple Android Server Settings
1. Launch the Simple Server
2.Click set connection mode and select vpn mode or Local Server
3. Click connection settings and in proxy host and port input 10.199.212.2 And 8080
4. ThenTick enable header tweaking
In tweak type option
-Select host replacement
-In injection host input: http://172.16.5.226@
Start your VPN mode or Local Server Modeand enjoy while it last
