Last month, Etisalat whooped out free 4GB to some specific users that were always visiting Skilztools.com for latest updates or got to know of it via our WhatsApp group. But from our source, the free 4GB was blocked due to a guy who reported it to em Etisalat Twitter Handle.
Many users have exhausted theirs by now and have liitle or no mb to surf the net.
