Introducing Zyphon v2 apk Download
Install it and launch it
Under Proxy Type: Choose Real Host or Dual Real Host
Proxy Server: cdn.whatsapp.net
Real Proxy Type: Inject
Real Proxy Server: cdn.whatsapp.net
Real Proxy Port: 3128
Now click save as shown below
Select Region as USA or Best Performance
Click on More Options
Tick Connect Through An Http Proxy
Select Use the Following settings
Host Address: 217.196.160.83
Port: 3128
And then save as shown below
On your mobile data and wait till Zyphon v2 show connected as shown below
You can now connected

Leave the others as it is and connect. Mind you the speed throttling is still there, doesn't change anything but depends on your location.
