FIRST METHOD (blazing as at the time of post)

- Tick REMOVE PORT 
- Frontquery: fast
- Middlequery: fast
- Custom header: fast-Online-Host

- Proxy type: Real host
- Proxy server: free.facebook.com/zero_balance_redirect?operator=airtel_ng

- Real proxy type: DEFAULT
- Real proxy port: 80
- click on Tunnel whole device.
- Now Select Region: United States 
- Click on More Option
