For those that are using Windows 10, you will notice that the Power button located in the Start button only contains the Power off button. Unlike previous versions of Windows i.e. Windows 7 and 8, the power button feature comes with additional features like Hibernate, Log off etc. As a blogger, I hardly turn off my PC, most times I prefer to Hibernate it when am not using it. It’s a good way to save battery when not in use and restore your system to the particular point when it was hibernated. 

Enable Hibernate Features in Windows 10
When a system is hibernated, the System rests and all the files and program restores itself when it is put on. Hibernating feature is really important to some users but some Windows 10 users have trouble enabling theirs. In the article, I will explain how you can enable yours easily.

Guide How To Enable Hibernate Option to the Start Menu in Windows 10
Below are the steps to follow to enable Hibernate features on the start menu for Windows 10 systems
1. In the search box in the start menu, Type Power Options and Click on it to open Power Settings or you can go to Control Panel. In the Control Panel, click on Power Options.
2. On the left column side, kindly select Choose what the power buttons do option.
3. Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable if all options are greyed out.
4. Next, scroll down and tick on the Hibernation Option under the Shut down setting section.
Then click Save Changes to save the settings
Now go the power button section in the start menu and you will see Hibernate option. Viola! You can also easily see the Hibernate Option using your keyboard shortcut Alt+F4. That also works.
NOTE
To enable Hibernate features in Windows 10, first make sure that your system supports the Hibernate features, If not it might not work.
