1.after downloading the above listed file,then extract the main OBB file from the OBB downloaded above using xplorer on your Android device
2.open the extracted DATA folder and copy com.konamiproduction.pes17 to Android data
3.open the extracted OBB folder and copy the whole com.konamiproduction.pes17 to Android obb
4. lastly install the apk downloaded above and then you are set to play pes 2017 on your Android device
